General Terms and Conditions of Rossol
These conditions govern the relationship between Rossol and those who use its professional services and software products.
1. Identification and acceptance
These general conditions govern the use of this website and the general framework of the relationship between Rossol, trading as Rossol, and the people or businesses requesting information about its services.
Accessing and browsing this site implies acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using the site.
These conditions are supplemented by the legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which form part of the same framework.
2. Rossol’s activity
Rossol is an independent software company operating along two lines of activity:
- The design, development and operation of its own SaaS software products, each with its own independent brand and domain.
- The provision of tailored software services for businesses: technical architecture, product planning, development, integrations, automation, technical consulting and modernization of existing systems.
3. Nature of this website
This website is informational and corporate in nature. It presents the activity of Rossol, its product portfolio and the services it offers.
No services or products are sold through this site, no payments are made and no user accounts are created. Its only interactive feature is a form for requesting information.
The information published about services, capabilities and engagement models is descriptive and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
4. Contracting services
Any provision of services by Rossol requires a specific agreement, independent of this website, formalised through an accepted proposal or a contract signed by both parties.
That agreement is what determines, in each case:
- The specific scope of work and the deliverables committed to.
- The applicable engagement model.
- The agreed schedule and milestones.
- The commercial terms and the method of payment.
- The intellectual property rights over the result.
- The confidentiality commitments.
- The subsequent support and maintenance arrangements, if any.
5. Information requests
The contact form allows you to request information about Rossol services. Submitting a request creates no obligation for either party and does not imply acceptance of the project described.
Rossol reserves the right not to respond to requests that are incomplete, unrelated to its activity or contrary to these conditions, and to limit the number of submissions per IP address to prevent abuse of the form.
By using the form you undertake to provide truthful information and not to include in the message confidential third-party data or special categories of personal data.
6. Rossol products
The products Rossol designs and operates are presented on this site for informational purposes, but are provided and contracted on their own independent domains.
Use of each product is governed by its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy, published on the corresponding domain. This site gives no access to those products and does not allow them to be contracted.
Where product-specific terms conflict with these general conditions, the product-specific terms shall prevail in everything concerning the use of that product.
7. Intellectual property
The contents of this website and the elements comprising it belong to Rossol or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Ownership of the developments carried out for a client is expressly agreed in the corresponding contract. Nothing published on this site implies any assignment of rights.
The trade marks and logos of the products and of third parties appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.
8. User obligations
Anyone accessing this site undertakes to:
- Use it in accordance with the law, good faith and these conditions.
- Not carry out activities that may damage, overload or impair the service.
- Not attempt to access restricted resources or circumvent security measures.
- Not systematically and automatically extract the site’s content for commercial purposes.
- Be liable for any damage improper use may cause.
9. Service availability
Rossol endeavours to keep this website accessible and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.
No liability is accepted for losses arising from the unavailability of the site, from errors in its content or from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data provided through this site is governed by the Privacy Policy, which sets out the purposes, the legal basis, the retention periods and how to exercise the rights recognised by law.
The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these conditions
Rossol may modify these general conditions at any time, for example to adapt them to regulatory changes or to the evolution of the site itself. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of access, and the date of the last revision is shown at the top of the document.
Changes do not affect service contracts already in place, which are governed by what was agreed in each case.
12. Severability
If any clause of these conditions is declared void or unenforceable, that declaration shall not affect the validity of the remainder, which shall continue to apply in full.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute relating to the use of this website, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
For any query about these conditions you can write to us at contacto@rossol.me.
